Walt Disney Records has released a soundtrack EP for Pixar SparkShorts’ Out. The 3-track EP features the film’s original score composed by Jake Monaco (Dumplin’, Let’s Be Cops, Keeping Up with the Joneses, Absolutely Fabulous: The Movie) who has previously scored Pixar’s Lamp Life and Forky Asks a Question and served as the score arranger of the Pixar short Piper. Also included is the song Pink & Purple written and performed by Natasha Adorlee. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download here, where you can also check out audio samples. Out is written and directed by Steven Hunter and features the voices of Caleb Cabrera, Matthew Martin, Kyle McDaniel and Bernadette Sullivan. The Pixar Animation Studios production follows a young gay man who has not yet come out to his parents and unexpectedly has his mind magically swapped with his dog’s. The short premiered this past May and is now available to stream exclusively on Disney+.
