Jeff Toyne (Rogue, Dirty Girl, 9/11, You Me Her) is composing the original score for the upcoming Fox drama Filthy Rich. The show is created by Tate Taylor (The Help, The Girl on the Train, Get On Up) and stars Kim Cattrall, Gerald McRaney, Melia Kreiling, David Denman, Aubrey Dollar, Corey Cott, Benjamin Levy Aguilar, Mark L. Young, Olivia Macklin and Steve Harris. The series revolves around the patriarch of a rich Southern family, famed for creating a wildly successful Christian television network, who dies in a plane crash, when his wife and family are stunned to learn that he fathered three illegitimate children, all of whom are written into his will, threatening their family name and fortune. Taylor and Catrall are also executive producing the 20th Century Fox Television, Imagine Television and FOX Entertainment production with Brian Grazer (A Beautiful Mind, 24), Francie Calfo (Empire, Genius), John Norris (Ma) and showrunner Abe Sylvia. Filthy Rich will premiere this fall on Fox. Visit the official show website for updates.
As previously reported, Toyne also has Paul A. Kaufman’s drama Butter coming up.
