Mondo has announced a new soundtrack album for John Woo’s 2000 action sequel Mission: Impossible 2 starring Tom Cruise, Dougray Scott, Thandie Newton, Richard Roxburgh, John Polson, Brendan Gleeson and Ving Rhames. The double LP features the complete, expanded and remastered original score from the Paramount Pictures production composed by Hans Zimmer (The Lion King, Inception, Gladiator, Pirates of the Caribbean, The Dark Knight, Dunkirk), including around 40 minutes of previously unreleased music. The album will be available to order on the label’s official website starting tomorrow. Hollywood Records has previously a soundtrack album featuring the songs from the movie, as well as a separate score album back in 2000.
