Belle and Sebastian have announced a soundtrack album for the indie comedy Days of the Bagnold Summer. The album features new music written for the movie by the Scottish band, as well as re-recorded versions of their classic songs Get Me Away From Here I’m Dying and I Know Where the Summer Goes. The soundtrack will be released on September 13, 2019 by Matador Records and is now available for pre-order here. Check out the music video of the first track (Sister Buddha) after the jump. A CD and vinyl edition is available to order on Amazon. Days of the Bagnold Summer is directed by Simon Bird and stars Monica Dolan, Earl Cave, Rob Brydon, Alice Lowe and Tamsin Greig. The movie follows  a heavy metal-loving 15 year-old boy from Florida who must spend six weeks at home with the person who annoys him most in the world: his long-suffering, single mum.
