English electronic music artist Rival Consoles has made his scoring debut on the episode Striking Vipers of the new season of the Netflix anthology series Black Mirror. The episode is directed by Owen Harris (Kill Your Friends), written by series creator Charlie Brooker and stars Anthony Mackie, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Nicole Beharie, Pom Klementieff and Ludi Lin. Striking Vipers follows two estranged college friends who reunite in later life, triggering a series of events that could alter their lives forever. The other two episodes of the show’s fifth season were scored by Ryuichi Sakamoto and Isobel Waller-Bridge. Season 5 of Black Mirror is premiering today on Netflix.
