The full details of the soundtrack album for the Coen Brothers’ Netflix original movie The Ballad of Buster Scruggs have been revealed. The album features the film’s original music composed by Carter Burwell (Fargo, Carol, Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri, Twilight, True Grit). Also included is the original song When a Cowboy Trades His Spurs for Wings written by David Rawlings & Gillian Welch and performed by Willie Watson & Tim Blake Nelson, as well as other songs from the movie. The soundtrack will be released digitally on November 16 and physically on November 30 by Milan Records. Visit Amazon to pre-oder the CD. The Ballad of Buster Scruggs is written and directed by Joel & Ethan Coen and stars Tim Blake Nelson, Willie Watson, David Krumholtz, James Franco, Stephen Root, Ralph Ineson, Liam Neeson, Harry Melling, Tom Waits, Zoe Kazan and Brendan Gleeson. The western anthology movie premiered at this year’s Venice Film Festival and will be released in select theaters and on Netflix on November 16.

Where can i purchase the sound track of When a Cowboy trades his Suprs for Wings not just the song but at the end Buster talks about his leaving this world can’t find this version of the song in the movie with Buster talking with the music at the, i really like the song, but what makes it for me is the end of the song where he is talk about life, without that it doesn’t do it for me!
