Trevor Morris has been tapped to score the upcoming AT&T Audience Network original series Condor. The show is developed by Jason Smilovic (Lucky Number Slevin, War Dogs) & Todd Katzberg and stars Max Irons, William Hurt, Leem Lubany, Angel Bonanni, Kristen Hager, with Mira Sorvino, Brendan Fraser and Bob Balaban. The thriller is based on the novel Six Days of the Condor by James Grady and screenplay Three Days of the Condor by Lorenzo Semple Jr. & David Rayfiel and follows a young CIA analyst who stumbles onto a terrible but brilliant plan that threatens the lives of millions. Smilovic is also executive producing the MGM Television and Skydance Television production with David Ellison & Dana Goldberg (Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation, Terminator Genisys), Marcy Ross (Jack Ryan), Lawrence Trilling (Parenthood) and Shane Elrod (Mr. Mercedes, Hit the Road). Condor is set to premiere on June 6, 2018 on AT&T’s Audience Network.
Morris also continues to score History’s Vikings (for MGM Television), NBC’s Taken, Freeform’s Shadowhunters and Netflix’s Castlevania. His upcoming feature projects include the Chinese fantasy adventure Asura directed by Peng Zhang and starring Lei Wu,Tony Leung, Carina Lau, Zhang Yi Shang, Matthew Knowles, Damien Walters and Bonetics Junior. The movie is set the mythical realm of Asura, which is threatened by a coup from a lower heavenly kingdom. A release later this year is expected. The composer is also reteaming with director Roel Reiné (Admiral) on the upcoming Dutch epic Redbad starring Jonathan Banks.
