Intrada Records has announced the world premiere of the score for the 1987 comedy drama Good Morning, Vietnam directed by Barry Levinson and starring Robin Williams. The music is composed by Academy Award winner Alex North (Spartacus, Cleopatra, A Street Car Named Desire,Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?). Also included on the album is the expanded original score from Disney’s 1995 family adventure Operation Dumbo Drop directed by Simon Wincer and starring Danny Glover & Ray Liotta. The film’s music is composed and conducted by Academy Award nominee David Newman (Ice Age, Matilda, Serenity, War of the Roses, Anastasia). The soundtrack is now available to order on the label’s website, where you can also listen to audio samples and order the CD.
