Premiering on Wednesday, July 5, is the FX original series Snowfall created by John Singleton, Eric Amadio & Dave Andron and starring Damson Idris, Sergio Peris-Mencheta, Carter Hudson and Emily Rios. The show’s original music is composed by Jeff Russo (Fargo, Legion, Power, The Night Of, CSI: Cyber). Premiering on Friday, July 7, is the Netflix original series Castlevania developed by Warren Ellis based on the Konami video game and featuring the voices of Richard Armitage, James Callis, Graham McTavish, Alejandra Reynoso, Matt Frewer and Tony Amendola. Trevor Morris (Immortals, Vikings, Iron Fist, Olympus/London Has Fallen, The Borgias) is composing the show’s original music. Missing from last week’s TV music roundup was the Netflix original series Gypsy created by Lisa Rubin and starring Naomi Watts, Billy Crudup, Sophie Cookson, Lucy Boynton and Karl Glusman. The show’s original music is composed by Jeff Beal (House of Cards, Monk, An Inconvenient Truth: Truth to Power, Rome, Carnivale). The drama follows a therapist who develops dangerous and intimate relationships with the people in her patients’ lives. The show premiered this past Friday, June 30, and is now available to stream on Netflix.
