Lakeshore Records has announced a soundtrack album for the sci-fi thriller Sleight. The album features the film’s original score composed by Charles Scott IV, as well the songs from the movie by Thugli, Julien Jabre feat. Kid Ikarus, Amir Says Nothing and Kid Ikarus. The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, April 28 and will be available to download on Amazon. Sleight is co-written and directed by J.D. Dillard and stars Jacob Latimore, Seychelle Gabriel, Dulé Hill, Storm Reid, Sasheer Zamata and Cameron Esposito. The movie follows a young street magician who is left to care for his little sister after their parents’ passing and turns to illegal activities to keep a roof over their heads. When he gets in too deep, his sister is kidnapped and he is forced to use his magic and brilliant mind to save her. The thriller premiered at last year’s Sundance Film Festival and is being released in theaters this weekend by BH Tilt. Visit the official movie website for more information.
