Atli Orvarsson has been tapped to score the upcoming NBC drama Chicago Justice. The latest spin-off in the network’s Chicago franchise is created by Dick Wolf (Law & Order) and stars Philip Winchester, Carl Weathers, Nazneen Contractor, Joelle Carter and Ryan-James Hatanaka. The show follows the State’s Attorney’s dedicated team of prosecutors and investigators who navigate heated city politics and controversy head-on while fearlessly pursuing justice. Wolf is also executive producing the Universal Television production with Peter Jankowski (Law & Order: SVU), Matt Olmstead (Prison Break), Derek Haas & Michael Brandt (3:10 to Yuma, Wanted) and Arthur Forney. Orvarsson also continues to score the producers’ Chicago Fire, Chicago P.D. and Chicago Med. Chicago Justice is set to premiere in early 2017 on NBC. Visit the official show website for updates.
