Quartet Records will release a soundtrack album for the French drama Cezanne and I (Cezanne et moi). The album features the film’s original music composed by Eric Neveux (Intimacy, Hideaways, Borgia, The Attack, Nicholas on Holiday). The soundtrack is now available to order on the label’s official website, where you can also listen to audio clips. Cezanne and I is directed by Danièle Thompson and stars Guillaume Canet and Guillaume Gallienne as painter Paul Cezanne and novelist Emile Zola. The movie chronicles the decade-long friendship between the friends and traces the parallel paths of their lives and careers from Aix-en-Provence to Paris. The drama will be released on September 21 in France. Magnolia Pictures has recently picked up domestic distribution rights and is expected to release the drama stateside in 2017.
