Hope it’s exciting
Too bad it’s not David Arnold.
Yeah! I agree. If I remember correctly, David Arnold created one of most groundbreaking themes for years to come just out of a dream he had. “The Darkest Day” is still one of the favourite tracks from soundtracks of movies from the last 20 years. It doesn’t beat John Williams, because he is just too good to go up against. But man, it was so recognizable what David Arnold created. I’m glad that I could buy the limited 2 CD edition from a store in England on Ebay, because the regular edition just missed too many tracks that were so important to relive the movie with. I really hope the soundtrack for this sequel will also contain tracks that share same kind of feel that Arnold created for the first movie; just hoping that they feel linked with each other well. I wouldn’t want to hear a completely different kind of soundtrack album after the first one.
