Ennio Morricone will be honored at the Walk of Fame star ceremony on February 26, 2016 in Hollywood. It was announced back in 2014 that the legendary composer will receive a star on Hollywood’s Walk of Fame and given his presence in Los Angeles for the Academy Awards on February 28, Morricone has confirmed to attend the event. The star ceremony will take place on Friday, February 26, 2016 at 11:30 a.m. at 7065 Hollywood Bvld. Guest speakers at the ceremony will include director Quentin Tarantino, Harvey Weinstein and Los Angeles Italia Film Fashion and Art Fest founder Pascal Vicedomini. The composer who is Oscar-nominated for his score for Tarantino’s The Hateful Eight will also be honored at the LA Italia Fest the same week.
