La-La Land Records will release a new soundtrack album for the 1995 action thriller Nick of Time directed by John Badham and starring Johnny Depp, Christopher Walken and Charles S. Dutton. The album features the expanded and remastered score from the Paramount Pictures production composed and conducted by Arthur B. Rubinstein (Blue Thunder, Wargames, Scarecrow and Mrs. King), including more than 30 minutes of previously unreleased music. The CD is limited to 1500 copies. The label has also announced a new remastered soundtrack album for the 1975 western Take a Hard Ride directed by Anthony M. Dawson and starring Jim Brown, Lee Van Cleef and Fred Willamson. The album features the film’s original music composed and conduced by Jerry Goldsmith (Patton, Planet of the Apes, Alien, The Omen, Star Trek: The Motion Picture). The soundtrack for the 20th Century Fox production has previously been out of print.
