West One Music has released a soundtrack album for the British comedy drama Swung. The album features the film’s original music composed by Richard Harvey (The Little Prince, Luther, Arabian Nights). Also included is the end titles song Looks Like Rain by Dagny & Richard Craker, as well as other music from the movie. The soundtrack is now available digitally overseas. Swung is directed by Colin Kennedy and stars Elena Anaya, Owen McDonnell, Elizabeth McGovern, Steven Cree, David Elliot and Allison McKenzie. The movie is based on Ewan Morrison’s Glasgow-set debut novel and follows a young couple whose failing love life forces them to take desperate measures by joining the local swingers’ scene. The drama was released in the UK last month. No word yet on a domestic distribution deal.
