Prototype Recording will release a soundtrack album for the romantic drama The Summer of Sangaile. The album features the film’s original music composed by JB Dunckel. The soundtrack will be released digitally on July 24, 2015 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Audio clips are embedded after the jump. The Summer of Sangaile is written and directed by Alanté Kavaïté and stars Julija Steponaitytė, Aistė Diržiūtė, Jūratė Sodytė, Martynas Budraitis, Laurynas Jurgelis, Nelė Savičenko and Inga Šalkauskaitė. The movie follows a 17-year-old fascinated by stunt planes who meets another girl while attending a summer aeronautical show near her parents’ lakeside villa. The drama premiered at this year’s Sundance Film Festival, where it earned the directing award in the World Cinema Dramatic competition and was picked up by Strand Releasing for domestic distribution. official movie website for more information about the film.
