Max Richter will embark on a U.S. mini tour which runs March 22 – 29, 2015. The composer will be performing compositions from HBO’s The Leftovers at select shows along with music from his various solo albums including The Blue Notebooks, Infra, and Vivaldi Recomposed live. First stop will be at the El Rey Theatre in Los Angeles on March 22 (click here to buy tickets), followed by Le Poisson Rouge in New York on March 25 & 26 (click here for more information) and Big Ears in Knoxville, TN on March 28 & 29 (click here for more details). Richter’s music from the first season is available on WaterTower Music. The composer is returning to score the show’s second season, which is set to premiere this summer. His other upcoming projects include the drama Into the Forest starring Ellen Page & Evan Rachel Wood. He has also scored the historical drama Testament of Youth, which will be released in the U.S. later this year by Sony Pictures Classics.
