Marc Fantini and Steffan Fantini are currently recording their orchestral score for the upcoming family comedy Moms’ Night Out. The film is directed by Andrew & Jon Erwin (October Baby) and stars Sarah Drew, Sean Astin, Patricia Heaton, Alex Kendrick, Robert Amaya, Abbie Cobb, Andrea Logan White, Kevin Downes, Harry Shum Jr. and Trace Adkins. The movie follows three married moms, their husbands, a sister-in-law with a misplaced baby, a tattoo parlor owner, a motorcycle gang and one bewildered cabbie who learn to embrace parenting on a night out gone awry. Kevin Downes (Like Dandelion Dust) is producing the AFFIRM Films and Provident Films production. The comedy will be released this Mother’s Day weekend on May 9, 2014 by Sony Pictures. The Fantini brothers who are best known for their music for Criminal Minds and Army Wives have also composed the music for the comedy drama Space Station 76. The film is directed by Jack Plotnick and stars Patrick Wilson, Liv Tyler, Matt Bomer, Marisa Coughlan, Kylie Rogers, Kali Rocha, Jerry O’Connell and Keir Dullea. The movie follows a group of people living on a space station in a 1970’s-version of the future. When a new Assistant Captain arrives, she inadvertently ignites tensions among the crew. Edward Parks (Special)., Rachel Ward, Dan Burks and Katherine Ann McGregor are producing the Rival Pictures and Om Films production. Space Station 76 is set to premiere next month at the SXSW Film Festival.
