Varese Sarabande will release the official soundtrack album for the comedy Last Vegas. The album features the film’s original score composed by Mark Mothersbaugh (The Royal Tenenbaums, 21 Jump Street, Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs). Also included are a number of standards performed by Mary Steenburgen, who appears in the film as a lounge singer. The soundtrack will be released on October 29, 2013 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Last Vegas is directed by Jon Turteltaub (National Treasure, While You Were Sleeping) and stars Michael Douglas, Robert De Niro, Morgan Freeman and Kevin Kline. The movie follows four best friends in their late-60′s, who decide to escape retirement and throw a Las Vegas bachelor party for the last single member of their group.
