Film Score Monthly has announced new soundtrack deluxe edition for the 1969 western The Wild Bunch directed by Sam Peckinpah and starring William Holden, Ernest Borgnine, Robert Ryan, Edmond O’Brien and Warren Oates. The film’s music is composed by Jerry Fielding who received an Academy Award nomination for his work on the picture. The soundtrack features the complete score, a re-mastering of the 1969 soundtrack album; plus extensive alternates, as well as demo recordings and additional music.
