Milan Records will be releasing a soundtrack album for the Iranian drama Circumstance. The album features the original score composed by Gingger Shankar. The soundtrack will be released on June 26, 2012 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Check back on this site for audio clips to be added in a few weeks. Circumstance written and directed by Maryam Keshavarz revolves around a wealthy family in Iran struggling to contain a teen’s growing sexual rebellion and her brother’s dangerous obsession. The movie has won the Audience Award at last year’s Sundance Film Festival where the film premiered. The drama was released in theaters last summer and is now available on DVD.
