David Lawrence is the composer of the new USA series Common Law. The show starring Michael Ealy, Warren Kole, Jack McGee and Sonya Walger centers on two cops who are forced into couples’ therapy by their Captain to revive their flagging professional relationship. The drama is is executive produced and written by Cormac Wibberley and Marianne Wibberley (National Treasure, Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle). Jon Turteltaub (National Treasure, Phenomenon) has directed the pilot and is also executive producing with Craig Sweeny (Medium, The 4400) through his Junction Entertainment production company. Lawrence’s best known credits include the first two American Pie films, the High School Musical series and the comedy Van Wilder. He has previously scored the cult TV show Jericho and Harper’s Island for Junction Entertainment. Common Law premieres tomorrow night, May 11 and the first season of 12 episodes will be airing every Friday night on USA. To learn more about the drama, visit the official show website.
