Sony Classical has revealed the details of the soundtrack release for the upcoming comedy The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel. The album includes the original score by Academy Award-nominated composer Thomas Newman. The soundtrack is set for a release in the UK on February 27, 2012. (UPDATE – April 2012): The album will be released in the US on May 1, 2012 and is available for pre-order on Amazon. Audio clips from all tracks on the album can be checked out below. The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel marks Newman’s second collaboration with director John Madden following last year’s thriller The Debt. The movie starring Judi Dench, Maggie Smith, Bill Nighy, Dev Patel and Tom Wilkinson will be released in Europe in March and will be arriving in the US on May 4, 2012.
