Two movies open wide this weekend:
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 is already breaking pre-sales records and is expected to beat the opening weekend grosses from the previous films in the series. Alexandre Desplat wrote the score for the movie as the fourth composer in the series. Opening in limited release is Sony Pictures Classics’ Made in Dagenham directed by Nigel Cole and starring Miranda Richardson, Rosamunde Pike and Bob Hoskins. David Arnold has scored the movie and 20 minutes of score has recently been released by Universal Music in the UK. For audio clips and to download the score, check out Amazon UK and iTunes UK.
