Intrada Records has announced a new soundtrack release for Walt Disney Pictures’ 1990 animated feature The Rescuers Down Under directed by Mike Gabriel & Hendel Butoy and featuring the voices of Bob Newhart, Eva Gabor, George C. Scott, John Candy and Adam Ryen. The album features the film’s expanded original score composed and conducted by Academy Award nominee Bruce Broughton (Silverado, Tombstone, Young Sherlock Holmes, Lost in Space, Miracle on 34th Street), including almost 30 minutes of previously unreleased music, plus 10 minutes of alternate cues. Intrada has also announced a physical release of the soundtrack for the 2013 Siddhart directed by Richie Mehta featuring music by Andrew Lockington (San Andreas, Journey to the Center of the Earth, Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters).
