Lakeshore Records will release a soundtrack album for the comedy The Christophers. The album features the film’s original music composed by David Holmes (Ocean’s Eleven, Out of Sight, Black Bag, Killing Eve, Logan Lucky, Haywire, Hunger, No Sudden Move, Marlowe, Analyze That, Diane). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, July 24 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. The Christophers is directed by Steven Soderbergh, written by Ed Solomon and stars Michaela Coel, Ian McKellen, Jessica Gunning and James Corden. The movie follows the estranged children of a once-celebrated artist who are desperate for an inheritance and hire an art forger to pose as an assistant and secretly complete their father’s most famous unfinished work.

Weekly Film Music Roundup (April 10, 2026)
Opening in theaters nationwide this weekend is the romantic comedy You, Me & Tuscany directed by Kat Coiro and starring Halle Bailey, Regé-Jean Page, Isabella Ferrari, Marco Calvani, Aziza Scott, Lorenzo de Moor and Nia Vardalos. The film’s original music is composed by John Debney (The Passion of the Christ, Iron Man 2, Elf, The Jungle Book, The Emperor’s New Groove,Hocus Pocus, Horizon: An American Saga, Liar Liar, Cutthroat Island). Back Lot Music has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score today. Also opening wide is the horror feature Faces of Death co-written and directed by Daniel Goldhaber and starring Barbie Ferreira, Dacre Montgomery, Josie Totah, Aaron Holliday, Jermaine Fowler and Charli XCX. Gavin Brivik (The Pitt, Wild Indian, Barron’s Cove, Minor Premise, Sender, The Seventh Day, Living Undocumented) has composed the film’s original music. Composer David Holmes (Killing Eve, Hunger, Analyze That, Marlowe, Diane) is reuniting with director Steven Soderbergh on the upcoming British comedy The Christophers. The film starring Michaela Coel, Ian McKellen, Jessica Gunning & James Corden follows the heirs of a once-famous painter who hire a forger to complete his unfinished works so they can be discovered and sold after his death. Ed Solomon (Men in Black, Full Circle) wrote the screenplay.
