Varese Sarabande will release a soundtrack album for the comedy Just Getting Started. The album features the film’s original music composed by Alex Wurman (March of the Penguins, Talladega Nights, Anchorman, The Newsroom, Hollywood Homicide). Also included are songs performed by Susan Werner and Johnny Mathis (who also appears in the movie). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, December 8 and will be available to download on Amazon. Just Getting Started is written and directed by Ron Shelton and stars Morgan Freeman, Tommy Lee Jones, Rene Russo, Joe Pantoliano, Glenne Headley, Sheryl Lee Ralph, Elizabeth Ashley, George Wallace, Graham Beckel and Jane Seymour. The movie revolves around an ex-FBI agent and an ex-mob lawyer in the witness protection program who have to put aside their petty rivalry on the golf course to fend off a mob hit.
