Milan Records has released a soundtrack album for the Prime Video original anime series Nippon Sangoku: The Three Nations of the Crimson Sun. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Kevin Penkin (Tower of God, Eden, Star Wars: Visions: The Village Bride & The Lost Ones, Made in Abyss, The Rising of the Shield Hero). Nippon Sangoku directed by Kazuaki Terasawa is based on the manga of the same name by Ikka Matsuki. The Studio Kafka production depicts the near future of Japan, where revolution arose from nuclear war, natural disasters, and corrupt governance and follows a former agricultural officer who vows to reunify Japan.
