Alex Wurman (March of the Penguins, Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy, Talladega Nights, Confessions of a Dangerous Mind) has recently scored the upcoming comedy A Little White Lie. The film is written and directed by Michael Maren (A Short History of Decay) and stars Michael Shannon, Kate Hudson, Zach Braff, Don Johnson, Jimmi Simpson, Da’Vine Joy Randolph and Kate Linder. The movie is based on Chris Belden’s 2013 novel Shriver and follows a down-on-his-luck illiterate handyman with the same name as a famous author who has vanished and is mistakenly being invited to attend a college’s literary festival.
