Waxwork Records will release a soundtrack album for the documentary Barbara Forever. The album features the film’s original score written by New York City-based composer, sound designer, and multi-instrumentalist Taul Katz (Mutt, Death Without Mercy). The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, August 28 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music platforms. A physical version will be available to order on the label’s official website the following Friday, September 4. A first track (Clay) is already available to stream/download now and can also be checked out after the jump. Barbara Forever is directed by Brydie O’Connor and explores the life, work, and legacy of iconic, pioneering lesbian filmmaker Barbara Hammer, told through her own voice and films.
