VRT Muziek has released a soundtrack album for the Belgian limited series Breendonk. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Raymond Enoksen (Atlantic Crossing, Ice Road Rescue, North, Hammarskjöld, Outlier, Haunted). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Also listen to the composer’s main theme after the jump. Breendonk is written and directed by Kevin Janssens & Filip Lenaerts and stars Jolan de Bouw, Janssens himself, Anne-Laure Vandeputte, Elien van Aerschot and Koen de Bouw. The 6-part drama is set midway through World War II and follows a young couple brutally torn apart after a failed resistance operation, as one goes into hiding while the other forms a secret alliance with a questioning SS guard to survive a brutal prison camp.
