Arista Records has released the first original song from the Fox drama Monarch. Available to stream/download now on all major digital music platforms is American Cowgirl written by Casey Brown & Heather Morgan, produced by Adam Anders and performed by lead actress Anna Friel. The label has previously released Trace Adkins’ cover of A Country Boy Can Survive from the show last year. Monarch is created by Melissa London Hilfers and also stars Susan Sarandon and Adkins. The drama will premiere on September 11, 2022 on Fox.
