Parkwood Entertainment & Columbia Records have released the original song Be Alive from the biographical drama King Richard. The track performed by BeyoncĂ© and co-written by herself & Dixson (who also produced the song) is now available to stream/download on all major digital music platforms, including Amazon. Check out the official lyric video after the jump. A full soundtrack album featuring Kris Bowers’ original score from the movie is expected to be released next week by WaterTower Music. King Richard is directed by Reinaldo Marcus Green and stars Will Smith, Aunjanue Ellis, Saniyaa Sidney, Demi Singleton, Tony Goldwyn, Jon Bernthal, Kevin Dunn and Andy Bean. The drama, which premiered at this year’s Telluride Film Festival, will be released in theaters nationwide next Friday, November 19 by Warner Bros. Pictures and will also be available to stream on HBO Max on the same day.
