The details of the score album for Edgar Wright’s Last Night in Soho have been announced. The album features the film’s original music composed by Academy Award winner Steven Price (Gravity, Our Planet, Fury, Suicide Squad, Over the Moon, Baby Driver, The World’s End, The Aeronauts). Also included is Anya Taylor-Joy’s performance of Downtown as it appears in the movie, as well a two extended versions produced by Price and featuring an orchestra recorded at Abbey Road Studios in London (already available as a digital single now). The soundtrack will be released digitally next Friday, October 29 by Back Lot Music (visit Amazon or any other major digital music services to stream/download). A vinyl edition will be available from Mondo. The labels will also be releasing a separate soundtrack featuring the songs from the movie this Friday. Last Night in Soho is written and directed by Wright and stars Taylor-Joy, Thomasin Harcourt McKenzie, Matt Smith,Terence Stamp, Diana Rigg, Rita Tushingham, Michael Ajao and Synnøve Karlsen. The thriller premiered at this year’s Venice Film Festival and will be released in theaters nationwide on October 29 by Focus Features..
