Six Degrees Records will release a soundtrack album for the Showtime documentary Belushi. The album features the film’s original score composed by Tree Adams (The 100, Californication, NCIS: New Orleans, Perception, Swelter). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, May 25 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music outlets. Belushi is directed by R.J. Cutler (The September Issue) and centers on the too-short life of John Belushi, the once-in-a-generation talent who captured the hearts and funny-bones of audiences worldwide. The movie features interviews with Dan Aykroyd, Chevy Chase, Penny Marshall, Lorne Michaels, Gilda Radner, Harold Ramis, among others. The documentary premiered last fall and is now available to stream on Showtime and on VOD.
