Milan Records/Sony Music Masterworks have announced a soundtrack album for the comedic thriller Spell. The album features the film’s original music composed by Fall Out Boy member Patrick Stump (Gnome Alone, Changeland). The soundtrack will be released digitally on November 1, 2019 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Stump also contributed a new ballad, Deep Blue Love, which is already available to download here. Spell is directed by Brendan Walter and stars Barak Hardley, Jackie Tohn, Magnús Jónsson and Birna Rún Eiríksdóttir. The movie follows an American illustrator who embarks on a journey across the isolated Icelandic countryside, only to become drawn into a supernatural world of ancient runes and secrets – unless it’s all in his head. The comedy will be released in select theaters on November 1 and on VOD an DVD on November 19 by Dark Star Pictures.
