Brian Tyler is returning as the composer of the upcoming action sequel Rambo: Last Blood. The film is directed by Adrian Grunberg (Get the Gringo) and stars Sylvester Stallone, Paz Vega, Sergio Peris-Mencheta, Adrianna Barraza, Yvette Monreal, Genie Kim, Joaquin Cosio and Oscar Jaenada. The movie follows the title character as he must confront his past and unearth his ruthless combat skills to exact revenge in a final mission. Stallone also wrote the screenplay with Matthew Cirulnick (Absentia). Avi Lerner (The Expendables), Kevin King Templeton (Creed, Rocky Balboa), Yariv Lerner and Les Weldon (The Hitman’s Bodyguard, London Has Fallen) are producing the project. Tyler (Iron Man 3, Avengers: Age of Ultron, Fast & Furious, Crazy Rich Asians) has previously scored 2008’s Stallone-directed Rambo.
