Universal Music has announced the first soundtrack albums for the Netflix original series Lilyhammer featuring features selections from the show’s original music composed by actor/musician Steven Van Zandt. The music will be released as two separate albums – Lilyhammer The Score – Volume 1: Jazz and Volume 2: Folk, Rock, Rio, Bits And Pieces – on July 12, 2019. Lilyhammer is created by Anne Bjørnstad & Eilif Skodvin and stars Van Zandt, alongside Trond Fausa Aurvåg, Steinar Sagen, Marian Saastad Ottesen, Sven Nordin, Kyrre Hellum and Anne Krigsvoll. The series follows an ex-gangster who enters witness protection and asks to be sent to Norway. The drama’s three seasons premiered between 2012 and 2014 on Netflix.
