Invada Records will release a soundtrack album for the sci-fi thriller Elizabeth Harvest. The album features the film’s original music composed by Rachel Zeffira of Cat’s Eyes (The Duke of Burgundy). Elizabeth Harvest is written and directed by Sebastian Gutierrez and stars Abbey Lee, Carla Gugino, Ciaran Hinds, Matthew Beard and Dylan Baker. The movie is a modern day take on the Bluebeard folktale about a murderous French widower who is confronted by a new wife trying to avoid the fate of her predecessors. The thriller, which premiered at this year’s SXSW Film Festival, was released in select theaters this past summer by IFC Films and is now also available on VOD, DVD and Blu-ray.
