Quartet Records has announced a soundtrack album featuring two new scores composed by Pino Donaggio (Carrie, Dressed to Kill, Blow Out, Body Double, Passion) and performed by the Bulgarian National Radio Symphony. The first title featured on the release is this year’s Italian road movie My Name Is Thomas (Il mio nome è Thomas) directed by and starring Terence Hill asa man who heads off across the desert on his Harley Davidson and rescues a young woman who has fallen into the hands of two bandits. Donaggio also co-wrote the original song Pure Love performed by Claudia Arvati for the film. Also included on the release is the composer’s music for the Italian drama Mare di grano directed by Fabrizio Guarducci.
