Christian Henson is reteaming with director Jason Connery on the upcoming drama Tommy’s Honor. The film stars Peter Mullan, Jack Lowden, Ophelia Lovibond and Sam Neill. The movie revolves around golfing pioneer Tom Morris and his multi-faceted relationship with his son Tommy. Pamela Marin and Kevin Cook have written the screenplay based on a novel by Cook. Keith Bank, Bob Last (The Illusionist), Jim Kreutzer and Tim Moore (In the Land of Blood and Honey, Sully) are producing the project. Henson has previously collaborated with Connery (51, The Devil’s Tomb) on the 2009 thriller Pandemic. The composer’s other previous credits include The Devil’s Double, Severance, Triangle and last year’s The Go-Between. Tommy’s Honor is currently in post-production and is expected to premiere later this year.
