Netflix Music will release a soundtrack album for the streamer’s original film The Mosquito Bowl. The album features the movie’s original music composed by the post-rock band Explosions in the Sky (Friday Night Lights, Lone Survivor, Prince Avalanche, American Primeval, Manglehorn). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, October 30. The streaming/download link will be added to this page within the next day. The Mosquito Bowl is directed by Peter Berg and stars Nicholas Galitzine, Bill Skarsgård, Ray Nicholson, Tom Francis, Brent Comer and Dominic Bogart. The historical drama based on Buzz Bissinger’s book of the same title is set in the aftermath of Pearl Harbor and tells the story of four four of America’s top college football stars who set their fame aside to enlist in the Marines, discovering the strength of brotherhood and the cost of war.
