CAM Sugar has released a soundtrack album for the Italian drama No Pain (Nessun Dolore). The album features the film’s original music composed by Fabio Massimo Capogrosso (Kidnapped: The Abduction of Edgardo Mortara, Primavera, A Brief Affair, Exterior Night, The Flood, The Time It Takes). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon (and any other major digital music services), where you can also check out the track list. No Pain is co-written and directed by Gianni Amelio and stars Alessandro Borghi, Valeria Golino, Valerio Mastandrea, Ramzi Lafrindi, Beidja Yahiaoui and Gabriel Bovino. The movie follows a thirty-year-old secondhand book seller in Rome whose comfortable existence is disrupted when a North African child is suddenly thrust into his life. The drama premiered at this year’s Venice Film Festival and just opened in Italian theaters last weekend. No word yet on a domestic distribution deal.
