Back Lot Music will release the official soundtrack album for the period drama The Uprising. The album features the film’s original music composed by Academy Award winner Volker Bertelmann (All Quiet on the Western Front, Conclave, Lion, Adrift, Pressure, The Amateur, The Day of the Jackal, Dune: Prophecy. A House of Dynamite, One Life). The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, September 11. The streaming/download link will be added to this page within the next day. The movie follows the legendary leader of a ferocious rebellion against the tyranny of King Richard II as he forms an army of the people to face the King’s might in a fight for justice and survival. The drama is being released in theaters nationwide by Focus Features.
