Lakeshore Records has released a soundtrack album for the sports documentary No Place For Football. The album features the film’s original score composed by Joe Bridges and Mike MacLennan (Eyriki, Crazy Cat Lady). Tom Howe (Ted Lasso, Dog Man, Early Man, Reminders of Him. Knuckles, Elle, Every Year After, A Shaun the Sheep Movie: Farmageddon, Daisy Jones & the Six) has provided the main theme. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Also listen to the composers’ firs track (Welcome to Greenland) below. No Place For Football is directed by Brandon & Derek Smith and tells the story of the Greenlandic Football Championship, during which, for one week, a nation of 57,000 people looked on as a club from Nuuk traveled to the host town of Ilulissat to compete for the Golden Tuukkaq, the medallion awarded to the national champions. The movie was released on VOD this past May.
