Silva Screen Records has released a soundtrack album for the ITV drama The Dark. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed byTim Morrish (The Jetty, One Day, Brassic, Fifteen-Love, Red Rose). Also included is an instrumental version fo Vanbur’s In the Absence. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. The Dark is developed by Matt Hartley based on GR Halliday’s debut novel From the Shadows and stars Laura Donnelly, Mark Rowley and Helen Baxendale. The 6-part thriller follows a detective who embarks on a tense cat and mouse hunt for a twisted serial killer when the body of a young man is found eerily staged in the idyllic Scottish wilderness. The Poison Pen Studios production premiered last month on ITV and ITVX.
