Virgin Records has released a digital version of the soundtrack album for the 1991 drama Rambling Rose directed by Martha Coolidge and starring Laura Dern, Robert Duvall, Diane Ladd, Lukas Haas and John Heard. The album features the film’s original music composed by Academy Award winner Elmer Bernstein (The Magnificent Seven, To Kill a Mockingbird, Far from Heaven, Airplane, Ghostbusters, The Age of Innocence). Also included is Louis Armstrong’s Dixie and Ruth Etting’s If I Could Be With You One Hour Tonight. The label has previously released the original soundtrack album on CD in 1991. Rambling Rose is now available on VOD and DVD.
