B Original has released a soundtrack album for the French historical comedy Molière, Cyrano and the Young King (Les caprices de l’enfant roi). The album features the film’s original music composed by Pierre Legay (Not My Type). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download here, where you can also check out the track list. Molière, Cyrano and the Young King is directed by Michel Leclerc and stars Artus, Julia Piaton, Nemo Schiffman, Niels Hamel Brochen, Franck Dubosc, Suzanne de Baecque and Doria Tillier. The movie is set an uprising in Paris and follows a young Louis XIV as he is secretly replaced at court by a lookalike to keep him out of danger and joins a traveling theater troupe alongside Cyrano de Bergerac and Moliere and discovers the joy of the stage and the power of friendship. The comedy premiered at this year’s Cannes Film Festival and opened in French theaters last week.
