MovieScore Media has released a soundtrack album for the Taiwanese drama Deep Quiet Room. The album features the film’s original music composed by Hanan Townshend (Knight of Cups, To the Wonder, Went Up the Hill, Semper Fi, The Long Game, The Vessel, Blue Miracle, Outcry). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon or any other major digital music services. Also listen to the composer’s first track (Living a Twisted Life) below. Deep Quiet Room is co-written and directed by Shen Ko-shang and stars Joseph Chang, Ariel Lin, King Shih-chieh, Umin Boya, Bella Chen, Ding Ning, and Tai Jo-mei. The movie revolves around a grieving husband after his wife’s tragic suicide as he discovers a hidden manuscript that exposes dark, devastating secrets of abuse within her family. The drama premiered at last year’s Pingyao International Film Festival and was released in Taiwanese theaters this past March. No word on a domestic release.
